Reviewing NuFace Mini

Beauty
I have to say that I am not a cosmetics person. I don't mean I don't wear any creams, quite the opposite. It's part of my job to try and being surrounded by beauty gurus, I get access to the cream de la cream when it comes to cosmetics. It's almost as it became a mission to find something that really works for me, which, honestly, hasn't happened yet. I have tried it all! From cheap drugstore products to the high end tech brands, plus being a blogger, I get these products at door to try. I have never felt that a cream improved my wrinkles, for instance. They can improve it superficially but not firmness and smooth out wrinkles, at least, it's my opinion. What I am into however is treatments. I've been a laser fan for years and every year I go under a few sessions. I started with Fraxel and have recently fell in love with CO2. They both have minimum down time but they are definitely not a lunch time procedure, so something to be considered.
About a year ago tho, during one of my trips to Mecca I saw this pretty device which called my attention and I asked the sales girl what it was, she said it was a hit among the bloggers and celebrities, anyway, told me it was great for firming the skin and wrinkles blah blah blah. It didn't convince me, besides it was quite an investment. A few months later  I was chatting with a celebrity make up artist I used to work with and she mentioned this product again and this time I got interested because I really trust her opinion. She is my age (40+) and said she has noticed her contours more defined, everything I wanted! I searched online and bought it. I've been using it for a couple of months now and I am impressed. Look, this is not sponsored, just so we are clear. I just love sharing when I find something exciting, because it rarely happens. NuFace Mini is an ergonomic hand-held device that emits invisible micro-currents to estimulate the production of collagen and elastin in the skin, which directly correlates to altering the structure of facial muscles. Easy to use, (there are videos on the website) and it comes with a primer gel, that you have to apply before touching Mini to the skin, but you can use any other gel, even aloe vera, the plant itself!
I have to say, the results don't come quickly! It takes patience to see the difference, and while you can see something in one use only, it is in the long term that it really shows. Sadly I didn't take any before picture to show, which sucks :(
At my age, I just want to postpone as much as I can any invasive procedures. Not that I am against any of that, I just want to postpone for as much as I can possibly can, simply because I find it more natural when something happens gradually. So for those of you who want to give it a go, I really think it is worth the investment. Hope this helped! Please let me know your thoughts if you try it xxx
