The Full Skirt 2 Ways

The beauty of getting older is that we learn by experience what suits us most and I can't think of a more complimentary piece for most female body shapes as well as a timeless one than the full skirt. It creates curves where there's little, it conceals large hips, it enhances a tiny waist, to say the least. Don't get me wrong, I like trendy pieces but classics are always a must in my closet. Despite of being extra feminine, (so you can go over the top with a nice one-shoulder top), you can alternatively tone it down by balancing the look with a bottom down shirt. I particularly loooove the petrol blue that adds that extra polish. At today's post-shooting cocktail, I will top it on with a tuxedo-like jacket, which also makes it more office appropriate. We are talking about those pieces that make you feel confident at every situation. And for me, a full skirt is just perfect! What is your timeless piece?
