although black and white are classics, I wanted to make sure I didn't miss out on character. Fluffy-sleeves wrapped around the waist on poplin-colotton top is classic elevated. A touch of such aesthetics shakes off any plainess. Despite being more notorious these days, it's still a novelty and insert a little drama where mid-whatever-period pick-me-up is needed. White-pointed shoes, finished on sculptural wooden heels are the perfect edgy match.
