My idea of sucessfuly dressing is all about how well whatever you are wearing fits you. So let's start by the dress. I cannot possibly come up with a more democratic piece. Amongst the plethora of options out there, it is impossible not to find one that is perfect for you. On the flip side thou, it can be overwhelming... yes, I hear you saying! So first things first: it's all about the cut. It's useless to get the right color, patterns or even fabrics if it's not the right cut for you. (If you don't know what works for you, I give you a lit guidance below, alternatively, try finding more about your body type in previous posts), then choose fabrics that will follow your natural curves and not cling to them.
